Q 500 is a single-storey prefabricated house manufactured by Partas with 123 m² of net living space (153 m² gross) and three bedrooms. The living room with dining room is connected to the kitchen and pantry, and in the private part there is a master bedroom with a dressing room and two more bedrooms. In addition to the bathroom, the house has a separate toilet, and the laundry room and technical room are separated from the living area. Next to the house is a covered terrace.
Partas builds the house from laminated wood with cellulose fiber insulation and lists it as low-energy. The sloping roof is covered with tiles, and the attic is left free for storage or later decoration of additional rooms.
