About Ines
Living on a little more than 120 m² of the prefabricated house Ines provides plenty of light, living space, a study and a large terrace on the ground floor and a gallery on the first floor.
This modern prefabricated house stands out for its clean lines and flat roof, while the large glass surfaces allow for plenty of natural light in the interior.
The neutral colors of the façade create an elegant contrast, providing a sense of simplicity, and an additional accent is given by a large glass wall that extends through the ground floor, thus ensuring an abundance of natural light.
The low-energy Prefabricated House Ines on the ground floor opens up to a spacious living room that is connected to the dining room and kitchen, creating an open space ideal for family gatherings. In addition to the large terrace that opens from the living room, there is also a bathroom, study and stairs to the first floor on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of them with its own dressing room, a bathroom and a balcony.

About the manufacturer

Domprojekt
Low-energy prefabricated houses with wooden construction since 1992
Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
