The prefabricated single-storey Claudia proves how comfortable living on one level can be, and the floor plan is designed to integrate functionality for everyday activities and relaxation.

The attractive, classic, yet contemporary exterior is defined by a multi-pitched roof in elegant anthracite color and a white façade. At the back, a covered outdoor terrace stands out, which forms a pleasant place to stay outdoors in all seasons. The covered entrance leads to a hallway where there is a wardrobe niche on one side, and a technical room on the other.

The central hallway divides the interior space into two halves - the living and sleeping area. From the central hallway, one of the bedrooms is available, next to which there is a toilet and a laundry room. Two more bedrooms are separated by a hallway in which a large built-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom are located.

The second half of the house consists of an open living area - a harmonious combination of a U-shaped kitchen with a practical peninsula and pantry, a dining room in the center of the space and a cozy living room bathed in light.
