About Lores
In the Lores prefabricated single-storey house, the combination of modern design and practical floor plan covers just over 200 m². The abundance of daylight in the living area and the comfort of the bedrooms offer an ideal living space for all generations.
The prefabricated low-energy single-storey house Lores is characterized by a modern design, flat roof and clean lines.
At the back of the house, the visual dynamics are created by volumes of different heights, while the façade brown panels elegantly emphasize the central part of the house with a dominant glass wall. The overall composition is complemented by beige columns, which bring a dose of sophistication and harmoniously connect architectural elements.
Next to the external entrance there is a garage that can be accessed from the entrance hall. The central axis of the prefabricated ground floor Lores house is the dressing room, toilet and laundry room that separate the bedroom from the living area. Three comfortable bedrooms with a shared bathroom offer space for rest and intimacy. One of the rooms has access to the outdoor terrace.
The second block of the house is dedicated to daily activities with a spacious living and dining room and a kitchen that has a kitchen island and a small pantry. An outdoor terrace that offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment is accessible from the kitchen and living room.

Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
