In addition to an interesting playful exterior, the Giulietta prefabricated house offers an impressive floor plan with a fluid living area on the ground floor, an interestingly designed terrace on the first floor and a gallery that offers a privacy corner for work or vacation.

The ground floor opens with a spacious entrance hall with a staircase to the first floor. To the right of the entrance there is a practical small toilet, and to the left there is a living room with a centrally located dining room, living room and kitchen. The space is organized as an open space, with the possibility of circular movement between rooms, which gives a sense of spaciousness.

Next to the kitchen there is a pantry and a laundry room. The covered terrace extends the living area outwards, creating a natural transition from the interior to the exterior.

The first floor is very interestingly conceived and takes advantage of the play of volume to form an upper covered, recessed terrace. The prominent trump card of the first floor is certainly the master bedroom with its own bathroom, dressing room and large balcony. Two bedrooms have another bathroom at their disposal, while the multifunctional gallery provides a space for work or relaxation, with excellent lighting thanks to a strip window that lets in plenty of natural light.
