About Vita
The Vita prefabricated house is a four-bedroom beauty that abounds in natural light, while the terrace on the ground floor creates the perfect corner for relaxing outdoors.
Simplicity and elegance are the first impressions left by the Vita low-energy prefabricated multi-storey building.
On a clear cubic form with clean lines, the two-tone façade is the main word. On the garden side, the house opens to the environment with a large glass wall on the ground floor and high vertical windows on the first floor. Although these are very compact dimensions, it is clear at the very entrance that the floor plan has been used to the maximum to create a comfortable interior.
The entrance hall on one side hides a wardrobe niche with a practical changing bench, while on the other side there is a bathroom. Passing through the hallway, you reach the living area, where there is a staircase leading to the first floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen are harmoniously connected in a bright, airy space with access to the terrace.
Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms and a shared bathroom, providing the perfect balance between privacy and functionality.

About the manufacturer

Domprojekt
Low-energy prefabricated houses with wooden construction since 1992
Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
