About Marinela
Marinela is a low-energy single-storey house, with an interesting exterior that offers a perfect balance between the living area and the sleeping, intimate part and provides plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment under a covered terrace.
The compact and modern low-energy house Marinela perfectly embodies the combination of elegance and simplicity.
Its exterior immediately catches the eye thanks to its multi-pitched roof and elegant white façade, which is effectively complemented by an anthracite roof covering.
At the very entrance, the hallway, with a wardrobe and a small toilet, leads to the right wing of the house, where there are bedrooms - two children's and a parent's with their own wardrobe. There is also a master bathroom, opposite which the hallway leads to a spacious living area.
A very simply conceived open space space offers a modern comfortable kitchen, living room and dining room with access to the outdoor terrace, providing plenty of natural light and creating harmony between the indoor and outdoor space.

About the manufacturer

Domprojekt
Low-energy prefabricated houses with wooden construction since 1992
Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
