About Lidija
A spacious open space ground floor and three comfortable bedrooms on the first floor, with plenty of natural light coming through large glass walls, make up the prefabricated Lidija house, with just over 130 m² of living space, the perfect choice for an elegant and comfortable life.
The exterior of Lidija is particularly distinguished by the protruding part of the upper floor that creates a canopy above the ground floor and covers the terrace, giving a dose of dynamism to the architecture. The combination of white façade and wooden façade cladding on the upper part of the building brings visual contrast and warmth.
The ground floor is simple and practical, with a bathroom located on one side of the entrance and a study on the other. A hallway leads to a spacious open space that includes a living room, a kitchen with a kitchen peninsula and a dining room. Large glass walls allow access to the ground floor terrace from the dining room and living room, ensuring plenty of natural light.
Upstairs, a simple but comfortable layout includes three bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with access to two rooms.

About the manufacturer

Domprojekt
Low-energy prefabricated houses with wooden construction since 1992
Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
