About Kelly
The Kelly prefabricated house offers a spacious 126 m² of living space with an extremely functional layout. The large terrace and spacious living room with panoramic glass walls provide the ideal combination for enjoying the interior and exterior.
Although at first glance it exudes a classic architectural style, the Kelly prefabricated single-storey house exudes refined elegance.
The multi-pitched roof unobtrusively combines the traditional spirit with modern design. A special charm is given to the house by a covered terrace - an ideal place for quiet moments of rest in nature. The interior is thoughtfully organized into two functional units, which gives the space clarity and pleasant dynamics.
The central hallway, with a toilet, separates the spacious living room, kitchen with peninsula and pantry, and dining room from the sleeping area.
Large glass walls in the living area bring plenty of natural light and water to the spacious terrace of this lovely prefabricated single-storey house. In the sleeping area, there are two children's bedrooms and a master bedroom with its own walk-in closet. There is also a spacious bathroom, which rounds off the functionality of the intimate zone.

Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
