About Ivy
The prefabricated family house Ivy on one floor offers functional living facilities with three bedrooms, plenty of natural light in the interior and a spacious terrace.
Ivy is a low-energy prefabricated single-storey house that combines classic architecture with a touch of contemporary design.
The exterior is characterised by an indented multi-pitched roof in anthracite, matched to window frames of the same shade. The white façade acquires a special character thanks to the decorative light grey façade stone, while the columns in a different colour bring a natural charm.
Three large glass walls in the living area provide plenty of natural light, while creating a perfect connection between the interior and the spacious outdoor terrace.
The living area includes a living room, dining room and a modernly equipped kitchen with a functional kitchen island and a practical room. The entrance area offers a bathroom on one side and a laundry room on the other.
In the private part of the house there are three comfortable bedrooms, which, together with an additional bathroom, provide complete comfort for rest and relaxation for all family members.

Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
