About Francesca
Francesca beckons at first glance with the atmosphere of dolce vita. It is attractive as a holiday home and as a family house on the coast. The spirit of the Mediterranean can be felt in its design - rustic stone and green shutters are harmoniously combined with the comfort of a modern lifestyle.
Prefabricated construction allows for the realization of different architectural styles, and the Francesca prefabricated house is an excellent example of the Mediterranean style with a multi-pitched roof, part of the façade with stone cladding, windows with green shutters and arches on the terrace. The interior of this low-energy prefabricated house is equally impressive.
The spacious living area on the ground floor, preceded by an entrance hall with a conveniently located toilet and laundry room, provides a sense of comfort and functionality. The central part of the ground floor is occupied by stairs leading to the first floor, with a door to the garage located next to them. The kitchen, dining room and living room are located next to the covered terrace, which can be reached through large glass walls. The rustic atmosphere of the terrace is contributed by the stone on the façade and decorative bricks on the pillars.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outdoor enjoyment and a beautiful view are not reserved only for the ground floor. Two comfortable, upper terraces that offer a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
