The joinery is PVC Salamander Blue Evolution 82 with six chambers and triple glazing (Uw 1.22 W/m²K), with manual shutters. The façade is made of EPS boards with silicate plaster, and the sheet metal is made of galvanized painted sheet with a thickness of 0.55 mm.
The house suits a smaller family that wants a simple single-storey house in a proven design.
