FD-4400 is a house with a ground floor and an attic of 128 m² of gross area, completed by Fit Design in 2023 in Novi Zagreb. The attic adds living space without increasing the floor plan, so the house remains compact in exterior dimensions.
The layout allows the living area to be on the ground floor, and the bedrooms in the attic, which suits a medium-sized family.
The project serves as a starting point for a similar house, adapted to the plot and the wishes of the investor.
