For coastal regions, a charming Mediterranean version is available with colorful tiles, blue shutters and a white façade, which exudes an authentic coastal spirit.

Although it is a single-storey house, the interior living space is divided into two levels, providing an additional dimension of comfort. A covered entrance leads you to a spacious hallway with a toilet and storage space. From the central hallway, stairs descend to the airy living area that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen in a harmonious open space organization of space.
