The low-energy house Edita provides full comfort on 200 m² of one level. In addition to the rich floor plan, its exterior and three terraces for outdoor enjoyment are especially interesting.
The prefabricated single-storey house Edita embodies everything you expect from a modern family home - an energy-efficient building, a functional layout and visually striking exterior architecture.
The characteristics of the low-energy building and the floor plan on one level are ideal for families who value comfort, safety and long-term sustainability. The exterior of Edita captivates with its modern, playful architecture. The white color on the façade alternates with the beige shade of the façade stone. Two bay windows at the back and as many as three terraces offer numerous opportunities for outdoor living.
The spacious floor plan of 200 m² brings a generous and well-organized space. A covered entrance leads to a hallway with a wardrobe. Opposite the wardrobe are the toilet and laundry room, between which there is a hallway leading to the garage.
The central part of the house consists of a large open living area with a fireplace, dining room and kitchen with an island, while in the quieter part of the house there are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Two more bedrooms share an additional bathroom, and one has access to its own, smaller terrace.

Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
