Terms of Service for Buyers

1. Service Description

Krovke is an online marketplace that connects people looking to build prefabricated homes ("Buyers") with prefab house manufacturers ("Manufacturers"). By submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

2. Inquiry Matching Service

By submitting the form and providing consent, you authorize Krovke to share your contact details and preferences with relevant Manufacturers on our Platform. Manufacturers may contact you directly by email or phone with quotes and information about their products.

3. Buyer Obligations

By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are genuinely interested in obtaining quotes for a prefab home. You agree not to misuse the service or submit false information.

4. Manufacturer Suspension and Removal

Krovke may temporarily suspend or permanently remove a Manufacturer from the Platform in the following cases:

• False or unverified information, including an incorrect tax ID, false references, non-existent certificates, stolen photographs, or other misleading information.
• Breach of obligations toward Buyers, misuse of contact details, unsubstantiated claims, misleading pricing, or refusal to honor self-quoted terms.
• Breach of law, deceptive advertising, or other unlawful conduct.

Before permanent removal, Krovke will, where reasonably feasible, notify the Manufacturer and allow it to respond. Where users face an immediate risk, or in cases of false identity or fraud, measures may be taken without delay.

5. Limitation of Liability

Krovke acts as an intermediary and is not party to any agreement between Buyers and Manufacturers. We are not responsible for the content of quotes, construction quality, or disputes between Buyers and Manufacturers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Croatian courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
