How we rank results

After a general inquiry, we show the Buyer no more than three active Manufacturers. We consider Manufacturers whose published service areas cover the Buyer's location. If there is no suitable candidate, we may show suggestions for adjusting the criteria instead of results.

Order is not determined solely by the closeness of a technical match. Krovke's business model allows Manufacturers to pay to unlock contact details, including automatic unlocking under preset criteria. Payment therefore directly affects relative visibility in the results.

The system compares the construction country and region, house type, size range, number of bedrooms, roof style, energy class, maximum budget, and requested completion stage with each Manufacturer's service areas, profile, settings, and published catalogue.

For a full match, a published model must satisfy every applicable criterion, and information required for the comparison must not be missing. Budget is compared with the available price for the completion stage selected by the Buyer.

A Manufacturer may provide us with a price solely for comparison, without publishing the amount. Such a model passes the budget check, and the Manufacturer confirms the final price in the quote.

A full match means that a published model passes every inquiry criterion. A close match may fail or have unknown information for no more than two criteria, subject to limited size and budget tolerances. A Manufacturer may also appear without a fully or closely matching model, for example based on its service area and settings for custom solutions; paid priority applies if it paid to unlock the contact.

This does not mean that the offer is objectively better or less expensive. The Buyer should verify actual feasibility, price, and terms directly with the Manufacturer.

A Manufacturer that paid for or automatically unlocked a contact may receive the Buyer's details under the consent given before the inquiry was submitted. An unpaid Manufacturer shown as a locked match does not automatically receive contact details. An individual inquiry is sent to the Manufacturer selected by the Buyer.

Position, payment, verification, and matching are not endorsements, proof of quality, or guarantees that a Manufacturer will respond, offer the lowest price, or enter into and properly perform a contract. Krovke is not party to the agreement between a Buyer and Manufacturer.

We will update the main parameters and their relative importance when the ranking method materially changes. A Buyer may request an explanation or human review of their result by emailing info@krovke.com.
