About Laura
The low-energy prefabricated house Laura offers a decent and modernized classic look in the exterior. Four bedrooms with a spacious living area on the ground floor provide all the prerequisites for a comfortable family life, and the spacious terrace on the ground floor also gives additional value.
Laura is a modernized, classic prefabricated two-storey house with a gable roof, a covered entrance and a modern bay window on the back floor.
The façade is playful with different shades of beige, which emphasize individual elements of the façade, the entrance and the bay window. The overall impression is further emphasized by the anthracite roof covering, which harmoniously rounds off the architectural expression. The covered entrance leads to a spacious corridor with a staircase.
On the ground floor, the layout is clearly defined. On one side of the hallway there is a wardrobe niche, a laundry room and a bathroom, while on the other end there is a bedroom. The other half of the ground floor brings together living facilities designed as an open space. The center is occupied by the dining room, which is a link between the living room and the kitchen with a pantry. The living area is open to the terrace on the ground floor, which stretches the length of the entire house and connects the interior with the outdoor space.
Upstairs there are two children's bedrooms that share a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and access to the loggia, perfect for drinking coffee or relaxing in the afternoon.
Laura combines classic style with modern accents, creating a low-energy prefabricated house that offers high comfort, functionality and a harmonious family living space.

About the manufacturer

Domprojekt
Low-energy prefabricated houses with wooden construction since 1992
Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
