FD-9729 is a two-storey house with a sloping roof of 258 m² of gross area in the OPTIMAL design by Fit Design. The wall has 270 mm of stone wool and EPS insulation and a separate installation plane of 50 mm, so the installations do not pass through the insulation sheath.
The façade is made in three materials: ETICS with stone wool 150 mm thick, ventilated façade made of folded sheet and clinker brick. The carpentry is PVC Salamander Blue Evolution 82 with triple glazing and shutters, and the garage has a lifting sectional door.
The staircase is of a metal structure with wooden treads, the floors are made of varnished multi-layer parquet, and the house has a balcony.
