About FD - 8513
FD-8513 is a 312 m² house with a gross area on three levels, basement, ground floor and first floor, which was completed by Fit Design in 2023 in Germany. Three floors allow the separation of auxiliary, living and private spaces.
A basement is especially useful on plots with a slope because it adds space without increasing the floor plan of the house.
The project shows that Fit Design is also building outside of Croatia, and serves as a starting point for a house adapted to the plot and the wishes of the investor.
