FD-4628 is a two-storey house with a sloping roof of 234 m² of gross area and an additional 32 m² of covered terraces, designed by OPTIMAL by Fit Design. The outer wall is 385 mm thick, with 270 mm of stone wool and EPS insulation; stone wool is non-combustible (class A1).
The house is distinguished by FEAL TERMO 65 aluminum joinery with a broken thermal bridge and triple glazing: class 4 air permeability, E900 water resistance, C5 wind resistance, 38 dB sound protection and RC2–RC3 burglary resistance, with roller shutters.
The façade is an ETICS system with stone wool 120 mm thick, and the staircase is a metal structure with wooden treads.
