FD-3801 is a single-storey house with a sloping roof of 149 m² of gross area in the REGULAR design by Fit Design, with an external wall 304.5 mm thick. All spaces are on one level, without stairs.
The carpentry is PVC Salamander Blue Evolution 82 with six chambers and triple glazing (Uw 1.22 W/m²K), and the house is made without shutters at the request of the investor. The façade is made of EPS boards with silicate plaster.
In the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and bedrooms, laminate is laid on a cement screed with 5 cm of insulation underneath.
