FD-3727 is a two-storey house with a flat roof of 278 m² of gross area, made by Fit Design in the basic REGULAR version, with an external wall 304.5 mm thick. The 301.5 mm thick mezzanine structure is filled with 200 mm of mineral wool, so it also divides the floors by sound.
The joinery is PVC Salamander Blue Evolution 82 with six chambers and triple glazing (Uw 1.22 W/m²K) in anthracite color, with electric shutters. The façade is made of 100 mm thick EPS boards with silicate plaster.
The house is heated by central heating, and the floors are made of varnished multi-layer parquet on a cement screed.
