FD - 2418

FD-2418 is a prefabricated family house of a two-storey type, built in the area of western Zagreb. The house is organized through the ground floor and the first floor, which allows for a functional distribution of residential facilities on two floors and a clearer separation of different zones of the home.

The floor concept provides more possibilities when organizing the interior, for example, separating the common living areas from the more private part of the house. Such a layout also allows efficient use of the plot space while maintaining a larger total living area.

The FD-2418 model can serve as a starting point for a similar project, which is further adapted to the wishes of the investor, the characteristics of the plot and the location of construction.
