FD-2418 is a 224 m² gross house with a sloping roof, built by Fit Design in the area of western Zagreb. The layout through the ground floor and first floor separates the common living area from the quieter, private part of the house.
The two-storey version occupies a smaller part of the plot than the single-storey house of the same area, so it leaves more space for the yard and garden.
