The five-bedroom, prefabricated Edvina house exudes classic Mediterranean architecture on the outside, while the interior offers a modern and functional living space adapted to modern families.
The Edvina prefabricated house is a blend of classic elegance and Mediterranean charm, ideal for family life or as a holiday home.
This low-energy prefabricated house covers just over 150 m², providing a perfectly organized space for comfortable and functional living. At first glance, Edvina captivates with its classic appearance - a hipped roof, blue shutters, a Mediterranean roof covering and two spacious, covered terraces with decorative stone create a warm and authentic atmosphere.
Next to the entrance there is a wardrobe, bathroom and laundry room, while the hallway leads to the central part of the house. On the left are the stairs leading to the first floor and an additional bedroom, while on the right there is a spacious living area.
The living room, kitchen with peninsula and dining room form a harmonious whole bathed in natural light from which access to the outdoor terrace is available.

Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
