The exterior of this modern cubic prefabricated house with a flat roof is characterized by a combination of white and light gray façade with warm wooden façade details that emphasize the contemporary design.

The entrance from the front of the house leads to a spacious hallway from which the garage and storage room can be accessed. Immediately after the dressing room there is a bathroom and stairs to the first floor.

From the hallway, the spacious living area can be entered from two sides, and the L-shaped living area allows a discreet border between the kitchen with a large kitchen island and pantry and the rest of the space. The comfortable living and dining room are bathed in plenty of natural light, and are connected to the terrace by large glass walls.
