About Anamarija
The low-energy prefabricated single-storey house Anamarija is characterized by a clear division of the living and sleeping zones, a central wardrobe space in the hallway of the sleeping area, a spacious open space living area and a covered terrace.
The low-energy concept of this house ensures economical and comfortable living. The indented multi-pitched roof contrasts with the white façade, accentuated by gray decorative stone cladding, and the covered terrace provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The spatial solution of the house of just over 150 m² is ideal for family life, with carefully separated living and sleeping areas.
The entrance area is functionally organized, with a practical toilet, dressing room and utility room. From the entrance hall you come to the central hallway that leads to four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is part of the master bedroom. The central wardrobe area further contributes to practicality.
The living area is designed as a spacious, bright space where the living room, dining room located in an attractive bay window and kitchen with kitchen peninsula and pantry are connected. A large glass wall from the living room provides access to the terrace and brings in plenty of natural light, making this single-storey house a truly comfortable and warm home.

Domprojekt designs, manufactures and builds low-energy prefabricated houses with a wooden load-bearing structure. We have been building low-energy houses since 1992, and we have been designing since 1984, and we have thousands of houses built in Croatia and throughout Europe. We build houses in six systems: Standard, Euro, EuroMax, Mega and Bio-Euro with a wooden frame structure and Massif CLT. We perform them as a high roh-bau or turnkey, above the foundation or with foundations. Houses from the catalog can be changed, and we also build according to individual projects. Wall, ceiling and roof elements are CE certified, and production and materials are controlled by MPA Stuttgart (Otto-Graf-Institut) according to DIN 1052. We give a 30-year warranty on the structure, and two years on the final work.
