Krovke is an online marketplace that connects people looking to build prefabricated homes ("Buyers") with prefab house manufacturers ("Manufacturers"). By submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

2. Lead Matching Service

By submitting the lead form and providing your consent, you authorize Krovke to share your contact details and housing preferences with relevant Manufacturers on our platform. Manufacturers may contact you directly via email or phone with quotes and information about their products.

3. Buyer Obligations

By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are genuinely interested in obtaining quotes for a prefab home. You agree not to misuse the service or submit false information.

4. Limitation of Liability

Krovke acts as an intermediary and is not party to any agreement between Buyers and Manufacturers. We are not responsible for the content of quotes, the quality of construction, or any disputes arising between Buyers and Manufacturers.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
