Production processes

The production process of prefabricated houses represents the pinnacle of modern construction technology, where the focus shifts from the traditional construction site to controlled factory conditions. It all starts with detailed architectural design and precise calculation of statics, after which automated tailoring of timber or steel profiles is carried out in the plants. At this stage, the wall panels are assembled in layers, integrating thermal insulation, vapor barriers and installation ducts, thus achieving energy efficiency that often surpasses conventional construction. The key advantage of this process is industrial precision and the elimination of the influence of weather conditions on the quality of the material, which allows the complete structure of the building to be produced within a few weeks.

After factory production, the finished elements are transported to the location where the assembly phase follows, which resembles the stacking of large puzzle elements. Thanks to pre-prepared joints and high accuracy of workmanship, the house can be "lifted" and put under the roof in just a few days, which drastically reduces labor and logistics costs. The final works include connecting the installations, installing the façade and interior decoration, resulting in a building that is ready to move in, environmentally sustainable and long-lasting. This "dry construction" system not only saves time, but also reduces the amount of waste on the construction site itself, making prefabricated houses one of the most intelligent solutions in modern architecture.
